Billing query

Hi,

I would be grateful for some help and advice regarding my VM bill.

I recently renewed my phone and broadband contract at a lower price, but subsequently also chose to add the Mixit TV + TNT sports as part of my package. The TV add-on was a deal at £8 a month if I recall correctly. 

My understanding was that the cost of the TV add-on would be added to the lower monthly fee, but this does not seem to be the case in that I’m being charged the fee before the renewal plus the TV add-on. (In effect the renewal fee appears to be superseded)

I can provide the order numbers and further details.
