I rceceived my usual monthly bill today and saw it was 3p lower than usual! I know it's a stupid amount but I had a look to see what was different. Apparently, I had removed my Full House Package and added a Kids channel.All this was supposedly done on 17th August. Actually, I have changed nothing, and I wasn't even in the country on that date, so could someomne from Billing explain this please? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear there was a change you were unaware of, from time to time our packages may change and we may make minor changes to accommodate these changes, this may be you are on an older TV package we no longer offer and we change it to our updated package.
