Billing query - Virgin Telephone excessive costs

Hi.  Who can I talk to about excessive costs from my Virgin Telephone line as my TalkUnlimited plan seems to be charging quite a bit a month in additional costs.  Also I have TV on my bill but I do not use VirginMedia TV.

You should redial  before 60 minutes to avoid call charges. Calls over 60 minutes will be charged at standard rates, except for calls to mobiles which will be charged at 5p per minute. This applies to all call packages including talk Unlimited.

I'm sick of reminding my other half to hang up and redial ☹️

You will find the same restrictions/charges apply with all the other operators eg. BT, Sky, Plusnet, Talktalk etc

always advisable to read the small print, contract and T&C when it comes to things like this. KNow what you are agreeing to or mistakes could be expensive
