Billing periods

This morning I was charge £68!!!!!! For my 'monthly' service.

I changed my direct debit date

No one told me I would then need to pay a higher amount to cover the changes.

I paid my direct debit I cancelled covering February to March.

So why today am I paying a higher amount for March to April!

I am now in financial. Hardship as a result of this payment being taken out.

Unless £39 is returned to me I will consider going to Sky or BT

I think its disgusting thst when you change your billing period you are not told about extra charges and now I cannot pay for my rent

Re: Billing periods

It took me literally 5 seconds to get guidance on changing DD date.

It is obvious that, if you push back the date you pay, the first bill is more.
