Hello i have never received a welcome pack or email i am trying to log in to pay my bill as i have been cut off at the moment. I would like some help accessing my account please.

Sorry to hear that you've not received any correspondence with your Virgin Media account details.  Do you know if we have your main email address correctly recorded on our system?  As you've reached out to us, I would like to take a look on your behalf.
