I've been given a virgin media package by the customer retention department its for 100meg an a phone line £28.75 with a Credit of 4.75 to bring my bill down to £24 pcm. Every time I log in to the my virgin media app it keeps saying I've partially paid my bill and I need to pay my bill. Then I get text messages from virgin saying if I don't make payment my account will be suspended. When I get through to customer service they tell me there's no outstanding balance due im getting so stressed please help me out
