Billing issues

Does anybody have issue with their DD on bills? 

Its the second time they send me a huge bill bec they didn’t take the money when it was due and now claiming 2months in one go... and I rang them to ask them they said everything was fine.. so I’m not getting anything now! 

my DD has been set up properly... what’s the point of having a DD set up if they don’t do anything...

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community, I am sorry to hear your DD didn't go out and has now causing a double bill, there are many things that could of caused this, 

 

I would advise speaking to our customer care team who will be abler to have a look into this for you.
