Billing issue

Just recieved my latest bill which says £14 is outstanding from last months bill. the £14 is the credit that I get each month for 18 months as part of my deal. Trying to speak to someone is nigh on impossible so hopefully it can be resolved here please

So I've just checked and despite your assurance via DM that it wasn't going to be an issue £72 has been taken form my account instead of the £58 that it's supposed to be! 😠

Thanks for you reply, there shouldn't be too much confusion as it's all there in there private chat with Vicky_M who originally arranged the deal and Zach who assured me that it was all going to be fine. This needs to be sorted out before my next bill which now should only be £44
