I need to speak to someone to sort out a payment on my account - too much was taken after I changed my contract. I have tried speaking to someone on the phone (3 times) and got no sense. I have raised a complaint but the system won't register it and I can't track it. How do I speak to someone to resolve it before I jack it all in and get my service elsewhere?
