Billing issue

So i have paid accidentally 180 for my bill and then it got taken out of my account by direct debit i want the 180 refunded is this possible as i plan to leave virgin before the month ends

You'll need to ring the support number I'm afraid, as billing problems can't be dealt with on the public forum.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your bills looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. 

I have checked on your services and can see you've recently been installed, was this £180 part of your first bill?
