Billing is wrong

I joined Virgin with broadband on agreed at £26 a month. I left Sky and wanted Virgin Tv. Engineer came and it couldn’t be installed. Cancelled straight away and ordered Stream. Despite hours on chat and 3 phone calls my September bill is still wrong! I wish I hadn’t bothered! Please can someone help !
