Just had an email from VM stating that my bill, dated 3 March is overdue and my services will be disconnected. It appears to be genuine, rather than the usual scam email. This seems to be the culmination of over a year of mis management and incompetence on VMs part.
As I see it, VM have an obligation to bill me correctly, then take the appropriate amounts under the DD arrangement that is in place. Neither of these have happened. I’m now receiving threatening emails as a result of VM being unable to do a simple job correctly.
Could someone from the forum team please contact me ASAP to resolve this.
