Billing is wrong. Needs sorting ASAP

My bill has just been generated. I signed a new contract at the end of February. My bill was taken down to £65.50 and I have an email to say my bill that is generated on the 26th March will be £59.01, but its come through as the original amount. I have the emails and contract to prove all this from the retention department. Not a great start to a new contract. I want this sorted ASAP as I'm not paying the £65.50 this month. Give me and email address and I'll forward all the documents
