Hi, 

As my contact was up I agreed a new deal but struggling to understand my next bill.

Previously I was paying £69pm. I agreed a new deal for £77pm but for some reason my next bill is £135.21

 

I have the following statement on my bill but I don’t understand it.

If my package has increased by £8pm why are they charging me an extra £58 for December?

See below.

Your package has changed. You have been credited £120.34 for the services you removed on 17 November , and charged you £178.55 for the services you added at the same time. Those changes apply to the period charged on your last bill.
