Billing for changed account

I recently got a discounted rate to retain my services for another period. The monthly bill dropped by about £40 from£128. However the next bill I received was £148. I expected a reduced bill. Can anyone explain please?

I'm sorry to hear of the billing problems that you're having with your billing and for the late reply.

 

I have been able to look into your account and have found the reason for your bill being so high, the reason is that a UFC fight was ordered on 23/01. I can confirm that your next bill is for the reduced amount that you stated above.
