Billing Query/Chat

HI

I've been trying to use the live chat every morning this week and it just keeps failing. I've tried a couple of browsers and it's the same in all of them. Is this happening for anyone else?

Secondly (and the reason for me trying to contact through chat), I've got a loyalty discount ending in a couple of weeks which then means I'll be paying the same as the fastest connection speed, but getting the 200mb! I wanted to talk to someone about that given that the only options via the app of the website are to upgrade to include TV or getting a SIM card, neither of which I have any interest in. Is there an email address I can contact with regards to my query?

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.
