When I moved house back in April I was charged at the full rate for my package & not at the 18 month welcome rate that my contract was still under. When I contacted Virgin they said that my May bill would be credited for the overcharge. It wasn’t so I contacted them again & was told my June bill would be credited for the overcharge & guess what it wasn’t. Who can I talk to who will actually fix this?? I keep being told by the team via WhatsApp that my next month’s bill will be credited but when it get issues it never is. Surely someone must actually be able to issue me a bill that is correct.
