I have been billed incorrectly for 3 months and despite having contacted Virgin through their SMS service and over the phone, I am still being billed incorrect (despite the agents telling me on all occasions that my bill would be corrected).
I have been referred to the forums via twitter, can someone please assist
I am afraid as this is a billing issue and you are on a community forum it can only be dealt with by using the text service 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you. You can also call in on 150 or 0345 454 1111 best times to call are first thing in the morning (8am), use the option "Thinking of leaving", but again wait times my be long.
I have used the text service 3 times regarding this issue and on all occasions i am told that my bill will be corrected, and all the overpayments will be credited to my account. So far nothing has been done and I continue to be overcharged!
Finally got somewhere through the app and I have a case reference, now I need to wait 45 days for someone to go back and listen to the recorded call.
