Billing Issue

Okay, I don't really know how to put this as I've not struggled as much before as I have this Christmas but I've got a bill due of £170 which is past the due date which is (Bill date: 03 December 2019), I work from home and will not be paid until the 24th December. I'm wondering if or when anyone knows when this will be turned off and if there is a way to extend it until the 24th so I can clear the outstanding balance...

would really need to have a chat with customer services via 150 / 0345 454 1111 or could try the online chat via http://contact.virginmedia.com (using PC/laptop), this is a very busy service, if the bill goes unpaid i think service turned off after around 14 days from the bill produced.
