Billing Help

I have been trying unsuccessfully to have someone help me with a query I have for a recent Bill. Does anyone have any advice as to how I can make contact with virgin around this? Phone contact to date has been unsuccessful. Thanks.

Phone is the way if you want quick help, just have to be patient.

Despite being assured that I would not have to pay for a service (I have the message to confirm) I was charged for it in a recent nil.

Yes - I’ve tried to call a number of times but each time have given up after waiting more than 30 minutes for a response.
