Billing Complaint - Extra charges not removed

My VM bill is £99 per month for tv/broadband/landline plus I have 2 additional boxes in the bedrooms. My son ordered the boxing match and 2 movies last month which came to £123.50. Nothing else was ordered from there and the following month was £123.50. I phoned to ask why they had continued charging the extra amount and they looked back and agreed that as the previous 6 months were a standard £99 per month then the extra charges hadn’t been removed and I would receive a refund the following month. When the next months bill came in yet again at £123.50 I went online and looked through and VM had changed the amounts of all the last 8 months bills to £123.50, even though only £99 went out of the bank and cleared each months balance.

I’m so annoyed at this and feel like I’m being ripped off.

what should I do?
