Hi,
I changed my direct debit details, but in order to do this, I had to pay my first bill manually. I expected this to cover the direct debit payment for this month, but apparently not, so I have been charged £72 twice, to my old and new bank details.
How can I get a refund for one of those payments? I have seen this issue posted on these forums before
