Have any of you cancelled your subscriptions / accounts with Virgin yet still get charged?
I've cancelled my accounts, subscriptions, even paid for the remainder of the contract, yet receievd emails and letters of upcoming payments.
When i go to cancel everything, for the third of fourth time, they are impossible to contact!
I cancelled with them and paid the additioonal months (remainder of my contract) and they're billing me for upcoming months. Like, i don't understand how they can continue charging people when they've already ended their contract etc
