Hi I renewed earlier in the month, and after a few phone calls about the offer I got in an email, it was honoured. The lady from UK retentions said my ( next bill ) would be £90 and would be £90 for the next 18 months. Low and behold today they are wanting to take out £157, I'm fuming. I've only just paid my Dec bill which was £67, and we agreed a renewal of £90 for 1gig, all sports, including TNT and movies, two boxes. I'm thinking of canceling and just going back to SKY.
