Bill

How as my account gone over my payment plan?  My bill is not due to be paid until 3rd of December, which is always paid before. It is saying my account has been suspended and I need to pay £43.50. Don't know how this has happened because I don't use a phone or download anything that needs payment. I have phoned and message them but no reply. Can anybody help please
