Bill!

I have been on hold a lifetime!

 

i cancelled sky sports/sky movies as soon as the covid virus was announced and we were laid off

i am still being charged!! Why can I not get through we cannot afford for this cancelled add in to be taken from our bank and obv. Thought this was sorted.

who can help??
