Bill

I had a query with my account ( a few ) I phoned the first time he told it was an error I did not owe the amount displayed . But it was consistently showing the incorrect amount two more long holding on phone calls both times I was told it was a much smaller amount owed but two days ago the large amount showing  again so phoned yesterday I called held on for an hour to finally sort it out but was told could not access my account as their computers were down , he would phone me back the next day he did not !! so here I am holding on been transferred this is third time I attach photo still waiting honestly it really is disgusting . Nearly 2 1/2 hours too much really

I am really sorry you've had some issues with your bills and getting through to the team, we have been a lot busier than usual.
