Just had an email saying my bill unpaid on 28th Jan so bill on 15th Feb will be double. I do not understand as there was money in my account. I have complained by email but any explanation will not arrive for at least 48 hours. Has this happened to anyone else, tried ringing but said very busy try again later. Am I right to worry something has happened or not. I'm worried about being scammed as we are in lockdown
