Bill refund

All i want is a refund but it seems impossible to achieve that. My services were stopped in january and have spent many minutes talking to agents. Now they say they will send out another cheque. That will be the third one, really do i have to wait again. Why didn’t i cancel my direct debit and make sure I owed money rather than be in credit, or send the equipment back before receiving my money. Pretty  sure they would not have rung me numerous times asking for it back. Ah well suppose i will have to ring them again when this one doesn’t arrive.

Sorry to hear you've had with a refund cheque. It definitely shouldn't take that long to get sorted out. I'd like to take a look and see if we can help - please look out for my PM (the purple envelope) and get back to me when you can.
