Bill query

Any idea who I need to contact with a billing query?  Two of the last ten months are higher/different to other payments and I have no idea why.

I am sorry to hear your bill has been higher during two months of your time with us.

Can you please check your statements for those months for any additional charges? 

These could be purchase of movies, calls, or if any changes have been made to the package, they could be delivery/activation fees.
