On the 4th February our introduction offer Sky Cinema and Sky Sports ended.
I cancelled this on the 3rd January as I was advised to. On the 4th cinema and sports no longer worked.
Just had my next bill and appears I am being charged for the channels that I don't have.
I have looked online but can't see any options to ask. Is phone the only way to address this?

I can see its been a couple of weeks since you posted about this, and it seems you may have already spoken to someone recently. Were you able to get this issue resolved with them?
