Bill payment

I would like to know if virgin media, are offering a reduction in the monthly bills, or a payment holiday, in these very difficult times, I have tried to contact them, on numerous occasions, but I just can not get thru, I have heard that other providers are helping there customers?

With regards to account issues I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum.
