Please fix the online bill payment link (website/app), it says to restart all the time.
No one to answer phones (understandable), but I need to pay as well.
You can pay via the IVR by dialling 150 (From a VM Landline) or 0345 454 1111
Unfortunately, I dont have a VM phone, so cant dial 150 nor does the payment option on phone work (the line cuts off at that point).
Is there an email link or live chat feature for customer service please?
