Hi there, we have recently ended our contract with Virgin Media (as we are moving to a new place with wifi installed). We were given a bill and I have paid it in advance. Direct Debit however accidentally took the same amount again, but I have sorted this with my bank, and Direct Debit has been cancelled and my funds returned. However, I have recieved an email from Virgin Media stating that I have yet to pay my bill, when I clearly already had. I have a receipt that shows the proof of payment too. Much appreciated if this gets sorted quickly.
