Bill not updated and how can I change my payment method
I paid my bill £57 on 01/11, and the overview of the bill showed I've paid it. But when I click the latest bill, it showed that I didn't pay it. But this is not correct!!! And also, could you please tell me when I should pay next time? I haven't received any emails to warn me I should pay before. So I am really confused.
Also, I would like to change the my payment method but it showed that I cannot change. How I can change it!

Apologies for any confusion caused with the billing information on your online account. Are you still looking to make changes to payment method and for help with your bills? I appreciate it's been a few days since you posted but we'll be happy to help you with this if still needed.
