Bill not right

I signed up thinking it was £27 per month I didn't want to pay set up fee so we did it ourselves my first bill is for 2 months plus set up fee which I shouldn't have can anyone help please

The activation fee is a standard charge across the board unless there is a promotion on at the time of sale. Do you have any documentation that this was the case? If so, please let us know and I'll be happy to assist further.

Hi thanks for replying I signed up over the phone after being told there's no connection fee charge also I thought it would be £27 to pay on my 1at bill so to see it's £89 is quite a shock I can't pay that so don't no what to do x

Thanks for getting back to us, I am sorry without any documentation to say this was offered there is nothing we can do in regards to applying a credit for this
