Bill is larger than anticipated

My elderly father was in hospital with Corona and he had a bedside phone so we could call him I knew my bill would be a little highrr for this month because of the call charges to this phone but its over £72 for around a dozen calls that were on average 6 minutes (he couldnt speak properly due to being in ICU) 

My bill is due 6 May by direct debit and I need to split my phone bill into 3 payments as I will struggle to make full payment of £148 but cannot speak to anyone on the phone (as I dont fall into any category during this crisis) and their email is down any advice would be good please....dad is home now 😊

you do not need to fall into any group to call VM. the wait is jsut long. best to call early morning jsut after 8
