Sorry to see that you've been unhappy with the recent price increase on the account, can you tell me if you have access to your bills on your self-care account? If so, you will be able to see if any discounts have dropped off, causing the price to increase, or are you now entering you second year as Virgin Media customer? This is also a common reason for prices to increase
In regards to the Wi-Fi issue, can you give us a little more information, do you have an issue with the connection or is this an issue with speed? Can you tell me if the Wi-Fi is poor in certain rooms of your property or does this also happen in the same room as the hub?
