Bill incorrect - help!

I recently had a problem with my internet being disconnect incorrectly. I have no received my bill for this month and my package has completed changed... it’s gone from £27 to £69! 

I work for the nhs and do not have time to stress about this or spend hours trying to find out how to contact someone at Virgin... please can someone advise how I get in touch with them??
