Can I get someone from Virgin media to reach out to me?
I tried calling and using chat several times and each time I get told the problem will be fixed or I get cut off. The bill is still incorrect and Virgin media is unable to help me. Waiting for hours to call and then they either hang up or tell me they will fix it (and they don't)
I have cancelled my direct debit and will wait for Virgin to contact me.
I have also filed a complaint but is there anything else I can do?
