Bill has lost discounts after overdue bill

Hi. I changed banks and my direct debit missed a payment. It’s all cleared but my newest bill appears to have lost its discounts. This has made my bill £60 instead of £39

Can this be resolved on here? I’ve tried calling but gave up after 55 minutes on hold.

This is something that would need to be resolved through customer service. Have you tried the web chat?
