Bill got expensive during pandemic

Why has my bill gone from £15 to £53 per month. 

It's a struggle at the moment with the pandemic as I am self employed. Most companies making changes to billing are helping people not ripping them off. Looking like because I was in credit and hadn't looked at my account in a while you decide to fleece me. While your services are good, customer service is terrible. Complaints page down. Convenient!
