I have returned the hub as my contract has come to an end well within the time limit stated and have the receipt but I am being charged for a non return of the item?! How do I get this scrubbed from my account as I shouldnt be paying it.
I apologise for the experience that you've had here. What happens in a case like this is that the system generates and sends a notification advising of the charge before the system receives notification it has been returned.
I would advise best to ignore the message you have received advising there is going to be a charge.
