Bill for canceled services

nOracle80
Tuning in

Hi, I requested my services were cancelled on the 18th of October when my contract expired.  I received confirmation this had happened.

I've since received an update to my contract listed both phone and broadband services as being removed, but then a second page saying broadband was still active.

Today I got a bill for £135 for broadband and reinstallation of phone services which i should no longer have!

Could this be explained please?
