Bill credit

Hi,

When I signed up to Virgin TV last October I was offered a £200 bill credit as part of the offer. I have yet to receive the credit. If someone could sort this out for me please it would be much appreciated. I still have the email with the offer if needed.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your billing credit. Can you please give us some more info on this, was this through us or a thrid party site? Do you have the confirmation email with this on there?

It was direct on the virgin website and I received the email after sign up.

Okay great, this is normally applied to your first bills, have you checked your first bill to see if this was on there in the credit or extras breakdown?

Just £100 to cover the cost of installation, which was part of the offer. There should be a £200 bill credit as well. I have both emails with the offers which I am happy to forward to you if you send a link.
