I stupidly forgot to pay last month bill 1st time in about 10 years anyway I'm trying to pay online but it won't let me put the amount in keeps putting the full amount in including next month's bill any ideas.

In the event of a missed payment and another bill has been generated it will merge those bills together and require a payment, if you wish to only pay one bill at this present time, we advise reaching out to our contact team collections department 📞 0345 454 1111, menu options 1,1, 2.
