Bill after cancellation

Help, I gave 30 days notice to cancel my contract on 5th September- due to end and switch off 5th Oct 20.

My contract was an offer of £99 a month for 12 months. As I couldn’t afford the new price jump of £139 I cancelled.

I rang on the 6th October when I realised my services had not been switched off and after spending 45 minutes on the phone was assured that my contract had been cancelled and would go off sometime that day.

I have since been been billed for 2 further months use at the new price of £139 plus £7 for non payment.

I am unable to get through to an actual person again after ringing for a few days.

I need this issue resolved immediately.
