Bill Price Change

Hello.

I've been with VM for many many years and I've recieved an email in march saying my bill is changing from £99 to £139.

I think I had some discounts, due to my social anxiey, i had my appointie try to call you every morning for 2 months while being kept on hold til it was auto disconnected, also tried your text response system and never got a response.

Due to this situation my anxiety has peaked and was wondering if I can maybe chat live or something on the computer?

I really don't want to look around for a new deal somewhere else as this would involve me having to send stuff back to VM and the stress of swapping things over might be too much for me at the moment.


I think this is the right forum to post, if not I apologise.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

staff here cannot help with package prices and discounts - you or someone you appoint need to speak to retentions

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre
