Best way to contact to cancel

I work loooong hours (keyworker and all that jazz) and just want to get through to:

1) at least cancel my BT sports

2) potentially cancel and move over my whole broadband and TV contract

How do I get through to anyone? I don't get breaks in the day, I end up working later into the evening? Can I get a call back? Can I book a slot? Can I just do any of this online (if so, how?!)? Can I just email Virgin?

Re: Best way to contact to cancel

Hi helenbrighton,

If you contact the Retentions team (thinking of leaving us) they can cancel the BT Sports, and at the same time you can negotiate a new deal or cancel your entire package. If the BT Sports is standalone it will require 30 days notice to cancel, if it's part of your entire package then it will affect any current discounts you receive.

You could try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of cancellation (or regrade) to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

Or to cancel everything write to them to as per the terms and conditions. If writing send it by registered post.

If you are still in contract there may be some early cancellation fees
