Best way to change package

I am at the end of my contract and want to remove a couple of things from my package. I've read similar threads that state that this is a real issue and nothing appears to have improved.

I recently waited over 1 hour on the phone and then got cut off and now I've tried talking to the Bot (the advice was on another thread). The Bot has now transferred me to an agent and, yep you guessed it I am currently in the queue and waiting (I hour 15 mins later)............

What an absolute joke this company is. Its clearly a deliberate act to make it difficult to downgrade your package

The VM staff on the board cannot do package changes, you must call customer services.  

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline

We're sorry to hear you've had some issues with completing a package change recently. The teams are busy however are working as hard as they can to reach you. 

We can review your package with you either via phone on 150 / 0345 454 1111 or via WhatsApp on 07305327112. Replies aren't instant and can take a few hours but it allows you to get on with your day whilst waiting for a reply.
